Life College
Life College is a not-for-profit extracurricular institution which focuses on developing emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship and leadership in South Africa’s youth, specifically targetting secondary level learners. Life College delivers engaging, innovative and effective life skills programmes that teach students to think differently, improve their readiness for life and instil a champion mentality. Life College promotes the development of entrepreneurial skills amongst their students, via an annual competition called The Life College Xchange. The Xchange provides an environment in which future entrepreneurs can meet and listen to the wisdom of successful business people who generously contribute their time to the initiative.

Afrika Tikkun
Afrika Tikkun was founded in 1994. Afrika Tikkun works in some of the most impoverished communities in South Africa to fulfil their mission of uplifting and empowering disadvantaged orphans and vulnerable children, thereby developing the communities and addressing the urgent need to alleviate poverty in the townships. Afrika Tikkun has become a leader in community development in South Africa. Afrika Tikkun actively seeks partnerships with other NGO’s, government and the private sector, thereby optimizing their impact.

SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise)
SIFE is a global NPO which targets the tertiary student population to make a meaningful contribution towards developing entrepreneurs and business leaders. SIFE is active on 1500 university campuses in 39 countries and challenges students to solve real business and economic issues within local communities. The objective is for SIFE teams to create economic opportunities in these communities by initiating outreach projects. Active students benefit by gaining hands on skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, environmental sustainability and business ethics. SIFE subscribes to the principle of empowerment, and the SIFE teams spend the academic year conducting outreach projects to make a sustainable difference to communities in need.

CANSA
CANSA’s purpose is to lead the fight against cancer in South Africa and it is striving to be the preferred non-profit leader that enables research, educates the public and provides support to all people affected by cancer. CANSA is one of the leading cancer control organisations in Southern Africa. CANSA funds cancer research, influences policy makers and educates the public on the prevention and detection of cancer, as well as providing comprehensive support to people affected by, or treated for cancer.

The Penreach Trust
Penreach is a non-profit “Whole School Development Programme” which works via partnerships with stakeholders in schools situated in rural communities in the Mpumalanga region and beyond, with the aim of improving the quality of teaching and learning. Penreach's interventions range from Early Childhood Development through to post-matric education. Penreach recognises that with the right foundations in place, learners will be better equipped to reach their potential as they progress through the school system.

The Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre
The Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre was established in 1998 and is dedicated to Holocaust and genocide education and memory. The JHGC works widely in the field of Holocaust, human rights and genocide education. In 2007, the South African Department of Education implemented a new National Curriculum, which contains a strong human rights focus. Having operated from temporary premises, the JHGC has recently secured ground on which to build a permanent centre, which will be a centre of learning for young and old, from all walks of life, to come together to learn from the histories of the Holocaust and the genocide in Rwanda.

The Tomorrow Trust The Tomorrow Trust
The Tomorrow Trust was established in 2005, with the objective of empowering orphaned and vulnerable children by providing them with secondary and post-secondary education. The education provided is both formal and informal in nature. The ultimate goal of The Tomorrow Trust is to develop these children into becoming self-sustaining individuals who are able to enter into and contribute towards the South African economy and their community in a meaningful way.
